Living with fibromyalgia has shaped not just my body, but my way of life. Some days, the fatigue and pain feel like too much. But I found something unexpected: comfort in the quiet rhythm of fiber art.
Twisting knots, looping threads, working with natural textures-it became a form of therapy.
