We want you to love your purchase from The Artisan Nest. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns:
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Handmade Items:
Due to the time and care involved in crafting each handmade piece, we offer a 50% refund on handmade items. This helps cover the cost of materials and creation.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account and credit card provider.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please get in touch with us.

Shipping:
To return your product, please contact us for instructions.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you're returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
